Payment methods

1. Cash on delivery

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you must pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Payment is made by cash on delivery upon delivery to your location, otherwise upon consultation with the courier if and as long as there is a wireless POS. Shipping costs in Greece are free. The cash on delivery cost is €2.

The cash on delivery service is only valid for Greece.

Attention: In order to issue an invoice, the order must be paid by debit/credit card or by deposit to the company's bank account or by transfer through IRIS. There is no possibility of credit or cash on delivery.

**In the case of cash on delivery, customers who have a history of shipments refused to receive and did not respond to our (or the courier's) written or telephone notification and were returned marked (NOT INTERESTED - REFUSED TO RECEIVE), products will only be shipped after payment by card or deposit of the total amount of the new order. In the event that a customer refuses to receive products more than twice, prettyjusy.gr reserves the right to charge the customer the shipping costs of all shipments or refuse to reship the products.

2. Deposit to a bank account

After placing your order in the e-shop, proceed to the deposit. In case of a deposit from a bank other than the one available to the company, bank charges are charged to the customer.

In your statement and to quickly identify it, note the following information in the justification:

Attention: The order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. Deposit payment orders will be held for 4 days from the date of entry. If beyond this time the deposit is not seen, the orders are automatically canceled by the system.

The deposit service to the company's bank account is only valid for Greece and Cyprus.

3. Money transfer with the IRIS interbank system

After placing your order in the e-shop, follow the steps below to pay via IRIS.

Payment process:

Log in to your bank's e-banking, select IRIS and fill in the VAT number: 801022286, the amount of the product and as justification your mobile number and your last name.

Attention: The order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. Deposit payment orders will be held for 4 days from the date of entry. If beyond this time the deposit is not seen, the orders are automatically canceled by the system.

4. Payment by credit or debit card

We have taken all necessary measures in cooperation with Alpha Bank for the security of your credit card transactions and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. If you have a credit or debit card, you can use it to complete your purchase. Once you have completed sending your order you will be taken to Alpha Bank's secure environment to enter your credit or debit card details. Your transaction takes place directly on Alpha Bank's secure server with 128-bit encryption – the largest available today. prettyjusy.gr does NOT retain or store your credit or debit card information. In the event that your credit or debit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

5. Payment via PayPal

In this case you pay for the order with your PayPal account. To complete the payment you will be taken to the PayPal login page. Your account will be charged on the day of your order. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page. For information about the PayPal service, you should refer to the service's website. Orders with PayPal as a payment method are subject to additional checks by our company and may be declined, you may be asked for another payment method, or there may be delays in their shipment. You may also be asked for additional information that identifies you.

The PayPal payment service is only valid for Cyprus and orders are made abroad
