RETURN POLICY

We offer the possibility of replacing products as well as refunding money provided that they meet the following conditions:


•The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt (valid from 10/12/2020). Proof of date of receipt is the courier's stamp.


•Furthermore, the product must not have been used and must have all the company's labels. Where belts, authenticity cards, protective cases or leather tags are provided, they should also be returned as they are considered part of the product.


Also, the product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition like the original, without damage, stains or alterations.


•Finally, it should be accompanied by all the necessary sales documents.


•The company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.



Attention: In orders for which an invoice has been cut, it is not possible to change the item or refund, only to change the size of the product.




Product Return Procedure


1. Return via Courier


STEP 1 - CHANGE REQUEST: Contact us by phone at 6987047926 or 2310535200 or by email at info@prettyjusy.gr.


In the case of changing products via telephone communication, we will ask you for the codes, color and size of the new products you want to receive.


For the exchange to proceed, the value of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the returned item(s).



STEP 2 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE:


Then prepare your package for return:


•Close the package so that the contents are protected. You can use either the same or another packaging.




STEP 3 - RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US:


PRETTY JUSY cooperates with GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI, SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER. Contact your local store to return the package stating RECEIVER CHARGE. For the fastest service, visit the websites of the courier companies and find the phone number of the store nearest you. Your request will be served after the package arrives at our warehouse.


In the case of changing a non-defective product, the return of the package to PRETTYJUSY.GR is done with a charge of 5€ to the sender (customer) with a charge made in the reshipment. A necessary condition is that the shipment must be made exclusively by GENERAL POST, SPEEDEX or ELTA COURRIER, stating the RECEIVER charge.


• During the reshipment, from the first change and for those arising later from the same order, the customer is responsible for it.



2. Return via Box Now


Only customers who have received through the Box Now service can return via Box Now. Steps 1 and 2 apply in this case as well. For the return, go to the locker that serves you, enter the shipping number of your parcel (10-digit number). A window opens, you place your parcel and close the window.



CAUTION:


• PRETTYJUSY.GR does not guarantee the safety and insurance of products returned through other transport companies, except for General Post, and may not assume responsibility for the specific products.


• PRETTYJUSY.GR reserves the right to reject product returns that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of the Returns Policy.


•For the return, you can use any courier company you wish, assuming the charge as the sender.


• The company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.


Money return


In case you want a refund, the parcel must be accompanied by the original sales document. The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product minus €5 for the costs of returning the order and its expenses. The deposit of your money will be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your package and after PRETTYJUSY.GR has checked that the products meet all the conditions for return.



If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products, you can make a return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, from the estimated delivery date & we will refund your money to your bank account that you will notify us of, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days or your money will be credited for any new order you wish.


In the case of changing or returning a product, you will be charged €5 for shipping.


Returns involving a refund will incur the cost of shipping to the customer. If you make a return by GENERAL POST, SPEEDEX or ELTA COURIER & the indication "X

Recipient flow", 5 euros will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds are made by ALPHA BANK and PIRAEUS BANK.



*In the event of a refund to a different bank than the one cooperating with PRETTY JUSY, any interbank costs are charged to the customer.


*In the event of a return of an order (unclaimed or undeliverable) which has been paid upon completion, the return costs of €5 will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.


*The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product minus 5€ related to the costs of returning the order and its costs.


*Changes are made with the discount rate of the original order.



Returns from Cyprus 


It is not possible to change products for Cyprus 


In case the customer wants to change a product, he returns it and a refund is made as soon as the company receives the product.


He can also place a new order for the replacement product.


Return shipping costs can be charged to the customer or, upon agreement, to the company by deduction from the return-credit amount.


Returns from Germany


It is not possible to exchange products, only refunds are possible


If you wish to return one or more products from your order, you can return them within 14 days. The period is calculated from the date you received your order. Returns can be made using the return label, which is included in your package. Follow the instructions on the return slip, which will be provided by our company. Place the items together with the return bag in secure wrapping. If you still have the original bag your order came in, you can reuse it. If not, any bag or box will do. When delivering the return package to UPS, be sure to ask for a receipt. If you deliver the package via PO Box or do not have a receipt, we cannot initiate an investigation/complaint process if the package goes missing in transit. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your package, we will begin processing your return. Please note that this can take up to 2 weeks depending on the courier company. Once your return has been reviewed and processed,  we will initiate the refund to the same payment method you selected for your order.

**From the value of the products you are returning, €15 will be deducted for the transport of the returned products



Defective products

In case of a defective product please contact us first 

All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced or compensated immediately, with the cost of return being borne entirely by PRETTYJUSY.GR. If you wish to exchange a defective product, PRETTYJUSY.GR can replace it with a product of the same characteristics, depending on availability. The cost of reshipping the item to be replaced is borne entirely by PRETTYJUSY.GR.



Discount Items - Privileges Card


Returns/exchanges on products purchased at a discount or on sale are made at the purchase price of the item. In the event of a refund, the value after the discount is calculated.


Attention: Discount coupons that can be used during various company campaigns are only valid for new product purchases and not for product changes.


Online Dispute Resolution Platform


In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single EU-wide platform for electronic dispute resolution (platform ODR) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
