Shipping Methods

FOR GREECE:

1. Shipping by courier

The products are shipped via a courier company - GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI, SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER - and the delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days for mainland Greece and 3 to 5 working days for the islands and hard-to-reach areas.

The delivery times are indicative and given by the courier companies. In periods of heavy workload (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.) and unfavorable conditions, there is always the possibility of deviation from the specific times.




Attention: In the case of cash on delivery, customers who have in their history more than one shipment that they refused to receive and did not respond to our (or the courier's) written or telephone notification and were returned with the indication (NOT INTERESTED - REFUSED TO RECEIVE), the products will be sent only after payment by card or deposit of the total amount of the new order. In the event that a customer refuses to receive products more than twice, prettyjusy.gr reserves the right to charge the customer the transport costs of all shipments or to refuse to resend products.


Shipping charges

Shipping costs in Greece are free. In case of payment by cash on delivery there is an additional fee of €2.

2.Ship to Lockers Box Now

With this option you can pick up (24 hours a day) your order from an automatic pickup machine in the area that serves you. To receive your package, you will receive (from Box Now) an sms, as well as an email, with a personal code that you must use to open the mailbox with your package. You can extend the receipt through the link you will receive for sending your order. The service is only available on pre-paid orders (debit/credit card or bank deposit or transfer via IRIS).


**During periods of offers and sales, the processing and delivery time of orders is adjusted based on their volume. There may be minor delays. Priority order is always followed.


*Attention: In the case of a second consecutive order after an order shipped with a cash on delivery method of payment, the second shipment will be made as soon as the receipt of the first order that has already been shipped is confirmed. If the customer wants to ship the second order immediately, he must have a credit/debit card or bank deposit as a payment method

FOR CYPRUS:

1. Simple shipping

The products are sent with the courier company Speedex and Kronos Express, throughout Cyprus every Thursday. Delivery time: 6-15 working days (the working days are calculated from the day the parcel leaves Greece)

Shipping costs are €8, regardless of the number of items you buy, for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, shipping is free.




2.Express shipping✈️

The products are transported by air and delivered with the courier company Kronos Express, throughout Cyprus every day. Delivery time: 2-5 working days

Shipping costs are €13, regardless of the number of items you buy, for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, shipping is €5




**Returns are at the customer's expense

Germany

Simple mission

The products are sent with the courier company Ups for Germany. Delivery time: 5-7 working days (working days are calculated from the day the package leaves Greece) Shipping costs are €6.95, regardless of the number of items you purchase, for orders up to €49. For orders over €49, shipping is free.

Product return - change

REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The products are sent with the courier company Ups. Delivery time: 5-7 working days (working days are calculated from the day the package leaves Greece)

Shipping costs are €15 regardless of the number of items you purchase.

RETURNS

The customer can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt Returns of products from abroad are for a refund only. In this case, the customer uses the company's ready return voucher. The cost of the return is €15 and is deducted from the refund amount of the products. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the products from Prettyjusy
