2. SHIPMENTS - PAYMENTS
Order Completion/Confirmation

Cancellation of an order
In case the customer wants to cancel his order, he should contact the online store either by email at info@prettyjusy.gr or by phone at 6987047926. In these cases the order may be canceled provided that the shipping process has not started.
Product Availability
In the event that a product ordered by the customer is not available, then prettyjusy.gr will contact him via email and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time from placing the order, in order to inform him of when it is likely to be delivered or its cancellation. If the customer considers that the time period of receipt of the product does not satisfy him, he may cancel the order of the product in question, while any other order may be carried out normally.

Delivery method
The products are sent exclusively through a courier company and are delivered the next working day for morning orders and the day after for afternoon orders.

Shipping costs in Greece are FREE, while in case of payment by cash on delivery there is an additional charge of €2.
